HOT26+2 Yoga Teacher Training

In the well-known yoga sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, you get to know yourself and your body under different conditions, such as heat, increased humidity and repetition. It is associated with Yang - a very powerful yoga style that not only strengthens our body and our willpower, but also allows us to experience humility and gratitude towards ourselves (among other things).

This training is suitable for you if you want to gain a deeper understanding of your own practice and/or if you already have yoga teacher training and want to expand your knowledge and teach this style of yoga .

The curriculum includes the yoga asanas and breathing techniques from the Bikram-inspired sequence 26+2, anatomy and physiology. A lot of practical knowledge about modifications and assistance in the case of physical limitations (e.g. injuries or disabilities) is incorporated into the teaching methodology. The holistic approach and self-awareness are given a lot of space so that the therapeutic advantages of this sequence are clearly understandable and can develop their full potential.
