Practicing movement sequences with aspects from various yoga and movement theories in a small, family-orientated group - max. 6 participants.
Our private practice together aims to increase our well-being. Everyone is invited to find out what their body and soul need through feeling. The session starts with a survey of how they are feeling that day, and wishes for the structure of the session can be expressed - from this the exercises I intuitively put together emerge. No two sessions are the same.
