Mayan New Year's Eve - A day outside of time Other cultures → other calendars → other New Year's Eve dates. It is particularly important to know that the Mayans placed great value on completing, celebrating and preparing things properly. This day "outside of time" was used to take a deep breath before the new year could begin. We can draw inspiration from this today and absorb the energy of this day. We can now reflect on whether we still have these breaks and days to breathe in our lives. The Mayans had a special relationship with energy and time qualities. And this day is really something special in the course of the year. During this yoga walk we consciously feel the energy of the day. If you want, you can start it for yourself in the morning, quietly and calmly.

We walk along the photo exhibition together towards Doblhoff Park, where we also come across pictures of Maya in her current everyday life. We spend around an hour and a half together in this atmosphere, during which breathing and body exercises as well as sensing play a central role. Everyone is free to stay longer in the exhibition afterwards - admission is free.

Description Meeting point:

(Express) train station Baden/Vienna, exit Arthur Schnitzler Park - For those who travel by public transport, I recommend the REX, which runs every half hour. Alternatively, the local train between Vienna and Baden also offers a good connection.

What you need:

Comfortable clothes and shoes, possibly a water bottle and something to sit on (if you want).
